 Born in France

and educated in New York, Boston and Paris

(Lycée Français de New York, Wellesley College

Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris)

I presently live in New York City.

I am currently involved in several bodies of work

in fine art photography.

I am enrolled in the 2005-2006

General Studies Program at ICP.

Prior to this, I was in the Fragrance

and Luxury Industry for 15 years.

As Creative Director I was managing

a team of 20 world-class master perfumers.

I coached and managed their creative talent as ‘noses’

for the development of fine fragrances.

I have been creating conceptual

and multi-media presentations the Fragrance and Beauty Industries.

 As Marketing Director

I would tell the story of the fragrance by evoking its emotion via scenarios, films, pictures and music to explain to our clients its uniqueness, which they could not grasp fully, not being familiar or confident enough in their artistic judgment of scents.

As Creative Director of twenty world-class perfumers I was more like an art critic or an editor, spotting and encouraging the emergence of new fragrance themes, structures and constructions.

In this way I would use synaesthesia to fill the gap between the unknown and silent world of intense fragrant memories

and the more familiar one of concepts, visuals and music.

A speaker at major Industry events, the latest speech

on ‘The Art of Perfumery & Scent Creation’

explores the processes involved
