"The Thirties" is an ongoing and evolving conversation between the mother-photographer and her sons as they transition into adulthood. Fougeron invites us to witness the subtle and specific rites of passage and metamorphosis experienced by this young urban, highly aware cohort of individuals, often referred to as "peak millennials" and the 9/11-generation.
