The “Nicolas & Adrien” project, initiated in 2005, unfolds over a span of 20 years, offering an intimate journey into the lives of Martine Fougeron’s two sons and their tribe of friends as they grow up in New York and France.
Like a bildungsroman captured in still frames, the work delves into the intense present of their adolescent states of mind, gracefully transitions into the complexities of emerging adulthood in their twenties, and continues to evolve as they navigate the ever-changing terrain of their thirties.
